Just at that moment a dolphin swam by. “Hello!” He said. “Whatever is the matter?”

I told him about the nut. “Please Mr. Dolphin,” I said, “Will you help us find that missing nut?”

“Yes, I will,” said the dolphin. “Follow me and we will go and find it together!”
The dolphin swam to the bottom of the deep, blue sea. There were lots and lots of fishes and the wreck of an old ship.

Emma was still very cross, but she looked at me and said “We’ll look round here. We’ll look in there. That nut is down here somewhere!”

We looked in the wreck, in the holes in the deck. We could not find it.

“It is not in here,” said Emma, so we looked all around, on the rocks and on the ground, but we could not find it there. In fact we could not find it anywhere!
